Money Carsin was born to be a star. The product of a musical family, Money knew that he wanted to be a entertainer early in life. Money is the nephew of the legendary Ingrams and was exposed to many different styles of music as a kid. He went on to be a star basketball player and a high school all American before deciding to pursue his dream of hip hop domination full time. Money Carsin came to Screwface as a solo artist in late 2007 and is now a decorated soldier in the Screwface Army. His debut Album “The Vault” is due out this summer and believe me- you ain’t never seen Money Like This!

How did you choose your name?
From an old gangsta movie based on the life of Sonny Carson, and I always been about a doller, hence "Money Carsin"
How would you define your style?
Reality rap, witty and street yet grown.
How did you get down with Screwface?
I knew the team for years, and when I got out of my old deal and came home from prison, the chemistry was there so we went with the flow.
What would you like to be doing in 10 years?
Owning an artist managment company and sitting on hell of guap.
What do you think about the State of Industry?
It’s very very watered down, and a lot of artists are being followers instead of being themselves.
Why should people buy your album?
Its a breath of fresh air for real hip hop heads. It’s real yet still entertaining, with top notch production and of course no boring bars at all.
What does hip hop mean 2 you?
Life, art, and emotion. When my life turns into art in the booth and it can trigger a feeling or flashback for someone ,then I know I'm doing my job.
How can you change the game?
Once I'm on I can open doors and bring more people into the game who feel the same as me about the music and who will stay true to the art which will help revive the game and bring that edge back to hip hop.
